The cuisine of our hotel is designed around local French produce, so that you can savour, for example, fish and seafood from our coast. Old favourites are there too, of course, so there is always something for every taste, and our chefs are always flexible faced with any special dietary requirements.
More specifically, our beef is always 'Vache Normande' - a guarantee of qualtiy which stands for natural breeding and full traceability.

Our wines are selected by Jo, who has a well-developed nose for quality and taste. The result is a balanced carte, which contains both known and unknown gems. (take a look at our winelist) Good, drinkable, vin de table is always available too.
